How have you all been? I hope that you had a nice weekend. I had a scam call today and the foreign sounding chap was all lovely and chatty..... until he asked me to confirm my postcode and address. When I told him that I never confirm personal details to cold callers he told me to f**k off. I guess this is the new approach :-)
We are only using our old mobile at the moment as we were getting calls several times a day from scammers. We told the kids to ring us on the old one and we ignore most other calls. Just for a while until they get the message that nobody is answering.

Oh dear, what on earth are we coming to....
ReplyDeleteHate those sort of calls & we do have "do not call" on our phone, but still get a few. Take care & hugs.
ReplyDeleteHow very unpleasant! I'm afraid cold calling and scam calls are constant here too! I rarely answer my land line phone and never answer to numbers I don't recognise on my mobile unless I am waiting for a call from doctor or hospital. keep well Amanda x
