I was due my second box today but at 4pm I got an email to let me know that it would be coming tomorrow instead. They apologised and are giving me £7.50 by way of apology. All well and good but I had frozen the piece of pork that we would have had for dinner as we were expecting to cook something from the box. Big black mark to Hello Fresh and if it happens again I will be cancelling my order.
Not good, I agree. Not when people are depending on the contents.
