Take one wine bottle

Hic, burp giggle...    Empty the wine bottle...… You could of course ask someone to empty it for you but that isn't as much fun...:-)  Wash it, dry it and remove the sticky residue left behind by the label.  Stuff it with a string of battery operated LED lights from the local pound shop... Add a mini Santa hat... et voila...
