My beautiful blue GreenStalk

Look what's just arrived.  I've spent the past half hour deciding on the perfect spot and filling it with compost.  I've plans to fill it with flowers so that it's pretty all summer.  Through the winter I'll grow brightly coloured chard. It'll look gorgeous and we love chard both cooked and raw.

  3. I've never tasted chard. But now I'm interested. I'm planning on going to YouTube and seeing what kind of recipes I can find for it. Who knows maybe I'll follow suit and grow some in my garden. Those planting towers look amazing I've never seen them before.

    1. It's lovely in salads. The ribs are so pretty and crunchy. The leaves are just like lettuce. I use it a bit like celery stalks. Fill the ribs with cream cheese or peanut butter. They make a pretty display on a buffet. I'm planning on choosing only the most colourful seedlings to prick out and grow on this year
