Upcycled cider tins

I've been using my dies cutting machine to cut up empty cider cans. The flowers look really pretty hanging in my garden

And yesterday I picked my first ever home grown asparagus.  To be honest I much prefer the taste of the white nine star broccoli

  1. What a great idea with the cider cans! They certainly are bright and colourful. The garden is coming along nicely

    1. I thought I'd left all my upcycle crafting behind and moved on. I still see a dozen different uses for everything

  2. I'm so glad you came to visit my blog because it led me here. Your posts are so refreshing and fun. And I can hear the excitement in your voice and know that you are enjoying every minute of what you're doing in your garden. Gardening is so rewarding. I love being out in the fresh air, I love getting my hands dirty in the soil, I love just sitting in the garden and relaxing and then the bonus, you get veggies. I spent most of my life living in places that were either too small or too shady to have a garden. After moving here 12 years ago I have had a garden every year and I absolutely love it. There's nothing better than going grocery shopping in your own backyard. I'm looking forward to coming back and watching yours grow. Have a lovely week.
    You're blogging sister, Connie:)
