This morning I made a jar of vegetable stock powder using leafy greenstuff from the garden. This afternoon I am drying tomatoes to turn into tomato powder. It's Incredible how little it makes but it's so concentrated that a half teaspoon is more than enough in recipes. It's a shame that my grapes aren't seedless or I'd be drying them. Hopefully the new seedless vine that I planted this year will start producing next year and I will be able to dry some of the grapes.
There's a setting on my air fryer that's for dehydrating and I keep threatening to dry herbs that way.
