Guess who turned up to invigilate an exam this morning only to find out it's actually on Thursday. And to top it all I decided I wouldn't pay 30p before 9.30 to use my bus pass. I had a wander in town and spent nearly £60 instead
In my defence £30 was on beautiful meat from a butchers and has stocked us up for any meals. I haven't treated myself to anything frivolous for a long time so I bought some pretty earrings and some sparkly rings that'll be perfect to use as scarf rings and embellishments
I'd needed a small purse for a long time and I found the perfect one so bought that too. I'm heading home now on the bus which hasn't cost anything.
How infuriating about the invigilating error. And all your purchases are useful, I'm sure - if only in the sense of lifting your spirits! :-)
