Yesterday while cutting pieces off the craft sticks I gathered quite a pile of pointy end bits. They are perfect for making tiny birdhouses. The clothes peg is to give you an idea of size
We're off to Nostell Priory in Wakefield today. It's Tony's NT bus trip and as there were some spare seats we paid for me to go too. We didn't get off to a very good start though. We'd gone less than half a mile when the bus developed a problem. Ten minutes later we transferred to another bus and we're on our way. Cakes and a quiz have been handed round and everyone is in great spirits.

That bird house is seriously super!
ReplyDeleteHope you both have a lovely day out.

Thanks Wendy. It's great fun making miniature stuff.
DeleteHave a lovely day out at Nostell Priory.
ReplyDeleteYour teeny tiny bird house is so sweet. Your imagination knows no bounds at the moment. Long may it continue. 😊
The Priory was fabulous and thankfully the weather was fine. Pleasantly warm if a bit windy. I'm eyeballing our Tardis birdhouse and wondering if I could make one in miniature.
DeleteThat birdhouse is amazing! I'm in awe that you managed to craft something so exquisite.
ReplyDeleteI hope that you have a brilliant time at Nostell Priory - I've heard such good things about it.
Nostell was great. We're planning another day out there soon. Hope to explore the area too.
