A certain someone is driving me absolutely around the bend just lately. Thank goodness we have a garden that I can escape to because if we lived in a flat I'd be strangling him. Nuff said.
Our Bluetits still haven't fledged and it's 23 days since we first saw the adults taking food into the nest box. They're great little parents and still busy feeding the babies.
Do you remember when my privet was just a skinny line of little more than twigs. It is really coming along nicely now. It's five feet tall and looks much more yellow than the photo shows. The garden looks like it's surrounded in sunshine.

Lovely garden.
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteThe privet looks great and your garden is brimming over with life - what a great place to retreat to!
ReplyDeleteIt's definitely my happy place.
DeleteI'm in the garden everyday, even today once the rain stopped.
ReplyDeleteMe too. I can always find something to do.
DeleteThe garden looks great.
ReplyDeleteIt's wonderful to have a little place to escape to for a little while. Husband is driving me nuts - but only at night. He's snoring terribly and I can't sleep - even with the earplugs!
Snoring is absolutely maddening. I can hear Tony snoring from across the landing sometimes.
DeleteThe garden looks fantastic, Cherie. And I'm so glad you have somewhere you can retreat to :)
DeleteThanks Jules. It keeps me sane.
DeleteHugs. Mine wonders why I leave home so often. Well consider the alternative!
ReplyDeleteWe have the patience of saints don't we.
