Oh no what a shame about the tree. They really did make a mess of it. I would have felt quite indignant about being asked to cough up half the cost of the hedge trimming as well. Cheek !!
That's crazy!!! Not understanding quite what look they were going for with the hedge. They needed to 'compact it up'. I wonder how much height they actually took off? x
That's a bit of a cheek, asking you to contribute half the cost when it's their responsibility!
