Tonight Tony and I have been to my friend Jayne's for a lovely meal and social evening. When we left her house we decided to drive around and see the Christmas lights. Then we changed our minds and called into Asda and finished all our Christmas food shopping. The store was practically empty and the staff really helpful. We're all done and dusted now. Oh, and yesterday we called into a book shop in Helmsley and bought a cookery book for the air fryer. The meals sound absolutely yummy and I'll be working my way through the recipes
We went out this evening after daughter had finished work and were surprised at how empty the place we did our food shopping was. Either everybody is already done, or it will be packed tomorrow! I'll be staying away
