My lovely warm hat.

After following the link on Joy's post yesterday I bought myself the hat that she recommended.  It arrived today and will be perfect for the bitterly cold mornings that are sure to arrive before we blink. It's lined with fleece and will keep my neck toasty warm.  I hate a cold neck.. I chose a beige one to make it easier for motorists to see me on the dark mornings. I've also bought myself a reflective harness thingy. It fastens over my coat and reflects any available light. Not exactly a fashion statement but great  for keeping me safe
My quilt is coming along nicely and is now covered with embroidered butterflies. It isn't finished yet but is going to be so pretty when it's all neatly edged.

  1. Hope the hat keeps your head toasty warm. That quilt is going to be a stunner. Well done. Hope this comment appears, as I'm having so much trouble with blogger. Take care & hugs. Cool here today too for November and about 15deg .
