Sardines

 I've been looking at the sardines fast diet lately and though I wouldn't do something that extreme I have replaced my breakfast with a tin of sardines each morning.  There's around 230 calories in the tin and I feel full till mid afternoon when I pick a huge bowl of mixed salad from the garden and have it with a piece of chicken or a pork chop.  I wander around the garden and nibble a handful of berries so I'm getting all the nutrition that I need. I feel full and the lard is melting off me. I'm now down to ten stone six and hope to lose another ten pounds. I don't want to look really thin as I  just don't suit being scrawny.

  1. Be careful with "fad" diets & although I don't know how tall you are, not sure you look overweight in any of your photos. We go by kilos over here now & I'm rubbish at converting weight, even though most other conversion, I'm fine. Take care & hugs.

  2. Good for you on the weight loss. Not sure I could do that diet lol. I do need to change my eating habits, but I want to do it so I can manage to stick to something. I've spent my life being on diets and jumping up and down in weight. I'm overweight, but it hasn't gone up or down for a few years so at least that's something lol

    1. The sardines fast is only for three days but I'm not doing that. Thankfully I'm really enjoying sardines for breakfast
