Can't sleep

 It's my own fault as I really overdid the carbs last night and I have come to realise that I wake up every hour through the night when I do indulge.  Not content with roast potatoes, I went the whole hog and had Yorkshire pud too with our utterly delicious roast lamb dinner last night. I had a mince pie topped with cream mid afternoon and Tony the naughty man had bought my favourite Fry's peppermint cream as a treat so I ate that too.  I never learn do I.  😏 It's not helping that my right arm has been really very painful for the past few days and I think that it may be a delayed reaction to the covid jab. My friend had a similar though far worse reaction and she was in agony for weeks.  I'm hoping that my arm isn't going to take that long to get over it.... I'd still rather risk the jab than covid though so please don't be put off having it just because there is a small risk of a bad reaction. Two of my friends were very ill with it and now have long covid.  It's changed the way they are able to live their lives and one has had to give up working.
