The Ceilidh

Last night Tony, myself and a couple of our friends went to a ceilidh. It's nearly two years since were last at a ceilidh and we all had the most wonderful time. We danced almost every dance and it was smashing catching up with all the regular ceilidh fans that we haven't seen for so long. Today we have had a run out to Boundary Mill at Shiremoor and Tony bought me a lovely warm coat. I've wanted a knee length coat for a couple of years and my new one is gorgeous.,. It will keep me toasty warm now that the weather is changing. We enjoyed our free cup of tea though Tony had both free mince pies as I am now off refined carbs again. I still plan to eat potatoes and rice but only occasionally as I want to lose another half stone before Christmas.  My friend video'd us dancing last night and I'm shocked to have to admit that I am definitely tubbier than I want/need to be so it's carb free eating as much as possible.

    1. Thanks Susan. I'm determined to lose the half stone before the next ceilidh on New Years Eve.
