Worked my little socks off today

 I've had a blimmin busy day so far. This morning I created some more raised beds for the veg garden and to relax my poor old aching joints have just had a lovely long 'buff and defluff' kinda bath. I'm feeling very relaxed now but will need to stir my stumps soon as I'm off out for tea with a couple of friends. The garden looks really nice and we are amazed that our sweet peas are still smothered in flowers. Monty Don cut his down weeks ago but the ones I did cut down a bit have put on a fresh spurt and more flowers and the ones I didn't cut back are flowering their little hearts out. They clearly don't know that they are supposed to stop flowering and  turn to seed if I stop picking them.
