Yesterday was 'Wedding Day' and oh boy did we all have a wonderful time. Much alcohol was consumed and I danced my poor little legs off with Tony and many of Alexander's friends. The civil ceremony in the town hall was lovely but the hand fasting ceremony back at the wedding venue was beautiful. I didn't take photo's as I didn't want to miss a second of if but as soon as we get the link from the photographer I'll share a couple of pictures. We sang ourselves hoarse last night and I sound as though I smoke 60 cigarettes a day this morning... (I've never smoked). Wellies and all manner of boots were the footwear of choice and when we got back to the wedding venue after the civil ceremony I popped my lovely cream high heeled sandals into the car boot and put my ankle boots on. Not exactly the sleek polished look I was aiming for but definitely necessary. Oh! and we car camped at the venue last night along with a few other (much younger) car campers. It was surprisingly warm for the end of October.
Sounds good.Looking forward to seeing the photos.
