This afternoon we've been over to help set up the wedding venue and put the pretty things on the tables. It's all lit up with fairy lights and looks absolutely magical. The kids had a run through of the hand fasting ceremony with the celebrant though we didn't look as we want to see it tomorrow when they take their vows. Beckah's dad has said that he plans to change into smart casual clothes after the ceremony and photo's as he doesn't want to ruin his suit It sounds like a sensible thing to do so Tony and I will do the same. It's a bit muddy already and with 130 people wandering about it will very quickly turn into a bit of a quagmire. They've booked a two hour 'axe throwing' session and somehow I can't see me sinking into thick mud in cream high heeled shoes chucking axes across a field... who knew that such things were possible. I'll be whipping off the dress in the loo and slipping into some smart trousers and a nice top.
Enjoy!!!
