The cakes were light and fluffy without being the slightest bit dry. Oh my goodness they were a treat and one we will be repeating next time we're over that way.
I haven't made cake since August, but indulged at my brother's birthday party. We just don't have many options to order cake and coffee. Pie yes, but cake seems hard to come by.
