Alexander has just text to say that the wedding venue have been in touch. They are reducing the day numbers to 60 and the evening numbers to 100. 'to protect the staff''. The kids are absolutely livid having already had to postpone the wedding once. It's now due to take place at the end of next month but I have no idea whether they will stick with the venue or find somewhere else and do it next year. I feel really sorry for them as they have both done so much planning and organising.....
Oh dear is exactly right and you must all be so exasperated. I thought UK were completely open for anything. Looks like we are to be basically locked down until I think around the end of October, but if anything untoward happens in the meantime, it could be Xmas. Our thoughts are with you all.
