Tiptoeing around

I've been out for my walk this morning and on my way home a neighbour told me that Tony is home from work. I got back home to find him in bed with a raging temperature so he'll need keeping an eye on. His boss has told him to 'get tested' so I'll make sure he does that later today if he feels a bit better. The last thing he will feel like is being poked about at the moment but a good sleep will hopefully do him the world of good. I have plenty of the tests to use so it's no problem.  It does mean that I will be tiptoeing about all day which means a change of plans. I'd intended to have a good clear out in the spare bedroom but that can wait until another day.  It's not gardening weather as intermittent showers are spittering and spattering so I'll have to do a bit of dusting and polishing. Heaven knows it could certainly use a good dust and polish.

  1. Hope he feels better quickly and it's not the dreaded Covid. If it is though, hopefully it'll be mild and shortlived, assuming he's been double jabbed. Fingers crossed for you both.

    1. Thanks Sooze. We are both double jabbed and so far it looks like it's more an upset stomach. I'll know more when he wakes up and I can get him to do a test.
