It's been another scorcher of a day and we've really made the most of it. I had my second jab this morning and then we nipped over to Stokesley for some sausages and bacon. It was lovely walking along the high street in the sunshine. On a whim I bought a pound of skinny sausages and after I'd cooked us a full English with some big fat pork and chive sausages I cooked half of the skinny ones as snacks in case we get the munchies later on.
Tony has been busy making me a planter from the old shed door and some bits of wood from the stash. He's done a cracking job of it and tomorrow we are going to pop to B and Q to buy a pale grey fence paint to paint it with. We are planning on painting the patio table and chairs in the same colour so it will look lovely when it's all done.

Clever Tony and I too have planters about that size & we'll move them hopefully to a better position and add a few more. Ah, Stokesley for sausages. Take care & hugs.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful use for the shed door. It's going to be lovely and roomy. I hope you add more pictures when it's done!
