Almost finished

Doesn't this look nice.  Tony's made a smashing job of it hasn't he. It needs another coat of Cuprinol and then we can line it with polythene. I have bought some geraniums to put into the planter and in a few weeks they will have filled out to create a pretty display. The colour is a little bluer than we had planned but there wasn't any pale grey so we just bought the 'Sea Mist' and plan to paint the garden table and chairs to match. It looks very 'seaside ish'.

The upcycled shed door

I'm off to the town soon and typically it looks like it will rain. I have to have the ladies flattened today and I'm not sure how they run the clinics during this pandemic. I think it might be brolly weather as it's far too warm for a coat. I'm planning on having a little browse in town to kill time as my train will get me into town far too early for the appointment. I'm hoping to get a couple of nice tops now that I am looking a but slimmer.

  2. Looks lovely & be good to see it full of colour. I have one of "those" appointments on 23rd August, but I'm lucky that ours is at our local hospital, other side of town near are old house. Take care, stay safe & hugs.

    1. Our little train only takes twelve minutes to get into town and is really cheap to use so I prefer to use that rather than a bus. The bus cost twice as much and take over half an hour to get into town.

  3. Oh, that is lovely! Geraniums will be an excellent choice, in my opinion.
Good luck with "the squish" procedure. I have to book my appointment soon.

    1. Thanks Jenny. I filled it with Geranium and lettuce last night. They look as though they've put on a growth spurt already.
