Warm and sunny at long last

It's been so nice today that I have spent most of it pottering in the garden.  I stopped for a cuppa and another walk and then went straight back out in the garden. Housework can wait for another day.

I've picked a whole load of lovely veggies to make a stir fry  for tea and the only distance is the walk frommy vegie plot to the conservatory door.  It doesn't come an fresher than this and totally organic.

Garlic, radish. onions, chard ribs

Pea shoots, radish tops, kale, chard, beetroot leaves
and baby spinach

Look at the colour of those beetroot stalks

I love the convenience of growing my own veg and will happily spend hours tending the little plot.

  2. All looks good & I have veg envy at the moment, as we're sliding into winter with a bit of a jolt. Frost on Friday, Saturday & Sunday mornings & very cool yesterday, though today so far it is unusually warm at 8am, but ever so windy with rain expected for the next 3 days, so no gardening here. Take care, stay safe & hugs.
