The little rhyme is mine but I take no credit for the idea at all. This is going around a lamp post tomorrow morning when I go out for my walk. The streets are looking really untidy and I am getting really annoyed with the scruffy so and so's that feel it's ok to just chuck it on the floor for someone else to clean up.
The next one I make will be a bit tidier. I already have a rhyme in my head.

DeleteI'm with you on that subject too and am appalled at times with how some people just don't give a damn. I wonder about how people were brought up at times. Take care & hope you see an improvement in your area.
