I've had a busy morning so far and it's only 09.25. I've prepared two cheese and pasta salads for Tony's packed lunches and made two lots of overnight oats with fruit for his work breakfasts. Then I re waxed some of my wax wraps, cooked a large gammon joint and made a pan of soup with the stock from it. I've done two loads of laundry, scrubbed the paintwork on all the doors and the staircase and blitzed my way through the kitchen including the windows. The conservatory is next as it's become a real dumping ground at the moment. Tony won't know the place when he gets home.

DeleteI'm going to make a big pot of potato cheese and broccoli soup, as I have ingredients that need to be used-past BB date. It was not part of the menu, but I'm adapting to not waste. I'll do in between work and life.

DeleteI'm exhausted reading it but completely understand. I hop out of bed some days with my wonder woman Cape on and everything gets done. Another day its snails pace.
