I'm sitting on the sofa and the light is bouncing through the window. Oh I'm so pleased that the hedge has been trimmed. I've just realised that all this lovely light makes me want to spring clean so I think when Tony goes to work tomorrow I will do just that. The conservatory at the moment is filled with all manner of bits and bobs from the craft workshop. I need to find room in my craft room for an awful lot of stuff and goodness knows where it's going to fit. I think it may have to go up in the loft for the time being. I can't stop making plans for the garden and am really excited at how it's going to look this summer once the workshop is down. I spent ages yesterday moving things down into the little potting shed. I will make some pretty little decorative curtains for it as soon as I put up the wooden curtain poles from the craft workshop. It's going to be a real pleasure working in there and it looks as though it will be more of a craft space than a potting shed. Oh well, all gardens evolve in unexpected ways.
Sunlight makes such a difference top the way one sees things, doesn't it?

Shows up all the dust :-)
DeleteSo glad the conifers have been cut down, Cherie, your delight is infectious. Your spring cleaning enthusiasm hasn't spread to me, though 😂
ReplyDeleteI'm spotting even more things that need cleaning now. I have quite a task ahead of me. x
DeleteSunny days are great as long as they aren't too hot, as it is really about the "light". Are you going to have enough room? We also had such plans for the garden this summer, but they just don't seem to be happening very quickly. Take care & hugs.
ReplyDeleteIf I had a three acre field I would still fill it and need more room. I will work with what I've got to produce as much as I can.
