My lovely new shed is being delivered this afternoon. Tony has taken time off work to paint it so with a bit of luck we can get it all painted this afternoon ready to be put together tomorrow. Thankfully the weather forecast looks like being sunny and fairly warm tomorrow so all being well it will take a couple of hours to get the shed up. Once it's up I intend to paint the inside white to reflect as much light as possible. It will be placed in a nice warm spot that gets early morning sun at this time of year and then it will get full sun right through the spring and summer. I have so many plans for this little shed and will share some photos as soon as it is up and running. The pallet that it is being delivered on will be put to use as another 'gutter garden'. The current one is giving me plenty of lettuce leaves and tiny onion seedlings. These little onion seedlings pack a powerful amount of flavour into something hardly bigger than a blade of grass. They really lift the taste of a salad sandwich. Hope you are all keeping warm, safe and as sane as possible given the worldwide situation.
Exciting times. Hope the weather holds so that you can get it painted.
ReplyDeleteI hope everything goes to plan for you. Its lovely to see a bit of sunshine today after days, sorry weeks of miserable damp weather.
