How are you all coping? I've had a busy morning and am just stopping for a quick cuppa before cracking on again. Popped a wash load in before setting out for a walk first thing. When I got back the load had finished so pegged it out in the sunshine to dry. I've watered the garden at the front and the back and spotted some more blossom on my apple tree. We had thought we were going to have a disappointing crop this year as there were only a few blossoms. They have formed tiny apples but I was delighted to spot more blossom when I was watering the other evening. There's even more today so with a bit of luck we should have a lovely crop at the back end of the year. I gave the windows a wash and then cleaned all the plastic down comers and gutter on the conservatory. It looks really nice now and I am ashamed to admit that it must be a few years since I last did the gutters and pipes.
The dahlias that I grew from seed are a decent size now so I planted them out in the garden this morning. If they turn out to be as nice as the last ones I grew from that packet of seeds it's going to be really pretty at the back end of summer.
I will pop back later and share a few photos. I love to see your gardens so if you post photos and want to share them on your blog leave a comment and I will add a link here for you
The front is pretty but the back is more a meadow and an area for the hens and veg. A great space but not a traditional garden.
