I am a complete plonker

I mentioned to my friend Elaine that my plants have been plagued with tiny black flies. 'Spray them with fly spray' said Elaine.  So I have done that occasionally and killed huge amounts of the poor little things. This morning in my rush to leave the house I gave them all a light spray with waterproofing.... duhhhhhhhh!!!!!! I hope that the plants survive. In fact I will be really upset if I have killed them all.

    OH, no! They may survive though. They have more chance than mine did when I mistook weed killer for bug spray. They lost the battle within hours. WHy doesn't it work so quickly on the weeds, that's what I want to know!
