Cherries Cherries everywhere

I have just been on one of my favourite walks. It must be a few years since I went along this route and oh how things have changed.  I never knew before just how many cherry trees there are along the route... They are loaded with fruit... In a week or two I will go with a couple of bags and with a bit of luck I can fill a drawer in my freezer with cherries. If you have cherry trees n your neighbourhood it is well worth looking at them to see when they will be ready to pick. Can't remember if I told you that I have spotted a walnut tree too... mmmmm… free food.
