Denim scraps

I have had a lovely morning stitching a few denim scraps into  a couple of little brooches.  The denim is the off cuts left over from when I cut an old pair of jeans into squares for my patchwork (haven't used the squares yet) I sewed little brooch backs onto mine but you could use safety pins.  Dig out your button box and a few beads and just stitch. Add them whererever you fancy and make yourself a brooch for Valentine's day.
