Today has been one of those dreary grey winter days. I hate this time of year but it makes me appreciate the warm spring days when they do eventually arrive. My friends and I had a lovely meal out last night and were delighted to find out that it was a BOGOF. We didn't find out until I placed the order. We all had chosen steak, chips and peas and very nice it was too. At this very minute I'm on my way home from carving club. We've thoroughly enjoyed the company of our club members. Sometimes it's a struggle to drag ourselves out at night when it's cold and dark. I'm so glad we made the effort.
