The other day I mentioned that I'd ordered another Greenstalk and I've just had a lovely message from Jude at Rooted in Bolton. It's so nice when a company acknowledges a purchase isn't it. I'm determined to shop with companies in the UK whenever possible and now that I've decided to fully retire I'm hoping to spend even more time growing vegetables all year round. If only I could persuade Tony to get rid of the two motorbikes that he never even looks at but pays to insure every year. They been declared off road for more years than I care to remember. Grrrrr. Just think of the growroom I could set up in the space.
You do make me laugh, make him part from his motorbikes , im looking out of the kitchen window at eight vespas , not ridden for years , theres sheds full of parts tools , he sits surrounded by rare parts in the living room, theres a trike in the porch and hes kidding himself that hes going to do the big Mersea Island Rally next year . There are thousands of pounds of valuable stuff plus mountains of scrap everywhere . I dont waste my breath

DeleteHe probably still has them in hopes that one day, he will ride them again. Husband brings up wanting a motorbike once in a while and I quickly change the subject ha ha
