Fridge freezer grrrrrrrr

I'm a bit miffed this evening.  The  chaps that brought the freezer assured us it was up and running. It's got a fancy control display and he said that it would automatically reach the desired temperature in about 4 hours. That was seven hours ago and nothing has happened.  Tony's just discovered that they hadn't set it to come on  Grrrrrr. Now I have to wait 4 hours before I can empty the old freezer. I'd hoped to be able to get it all swapped over and the freezer put outside for collection tomorrow.  Oh well it's just a little annoyance and I'm sure that we'll suss out how to operate it eventually
