This morning I went for good long walk with my friend Jayne. She's having a bit of a garden party tomorrow and she's such a good hostess that I know I'll have a lovely time. It's great to get out for a walk and a good old natter. We're making it a weekly thing and perhaps even more often. After our walk I cracked on with the miniature conservatory and got the apertures for the windows and doors cut out. It took blimmin ages but they look really good and I hope to get them finished tomorrow or Friday. Tony's been working at a vehicle repair shop for the past two days and the sweetheart came home tonight and gave me £80 to spend on anything I want. I can't think of a single thing so I'll keep it until there's something I'd like.
It's just after 11pm and it's stifling hot so I think we'll be running the fan all night just to circulate the air.
It's lovely to have a nice walk and talk with a friend. Hope you enjoy the garden party
