Miniature wheelbarrow

Yesterday was absolutely scorching hot and far too warm for gardening. I managed to get an hour in first thing but called it a day as soon as the temperature rose.  I had a lovely afternoon playing card games and Trionimoes with my whist group and the church was wonderfully cool. We'd planned a walk along the sea front afterwards but were hit with a wall of heat when we left the church so decided to head home.

Today's little crafty make is my miniature wheelbarrow which I decided to paint red to add a pop of colour. Then I decided to paint all the mini tools to match.

The wheel actually turns. I used a toothpick for the axel and added a sequin for decoration

All the little components ready for assembly. Once it was put together I realised I hadn't made a back stand so I cut and shaped one.
