This morning I went to the hospital with my friend Marian' for her visit with the consultant. We were expecting to possibly be there a few hours if they did pre op tests. We got quite a shock when the consultant said he will operate tomorrow. During Marian's pre op tests her heartbeat became a bit erratic so they've admitted her immediately. I've just got home and she tells me she's back to normal now. Thank goodness we were at the hospital though and she's in very safe hands. We're keeping everything crossed that the op tomorrow will give her some answers to questions.
Wow, that was an unforeseen bit of drama, I bet Marian was glad to have you there with her. She's in the best possible place.

DeleteOh my - I'm glad Marion had your company; that change of plans would have been hard for her to digest and having a friendly face would be comforting. Wishing her the best on her surgery and after.
