Lovely and warm today

Last night Tony and I danced our little legs off at the ceilidh and didn't get home much before 11pm. I thought I'd sleep like a log but unfortunately not.  Oh well, on a bright note it gives me more awake hours in the day to get things done.

My friend has been very very poorly and instead of going for a decent walk with her every morning the furthest I've been is to her house to play rumikub.  I did take myself off for a short walk the other day and now that it's getting warmer I'm enjoying a couple of hours here and there working in the garden. This morning Marian looks as though she may have turned the corner at last.  Yesterday she looked very ill but today she was almost her old self again. The change was so vast that I'm starting to hope that she is on the mend. Hopefully she'll get her test results pretty soon. The Macmillan nurse thinks she may get her results on Thursday and a plan of action can be put into place.

Nothing much exciting happening on the home front. Life rumbles on as normal though I can hardly believe its nearly March.

  1. Prayers for your friend that they find answers and better comfort. It's hard seeing people we care about I'll. Walking sure is a day brightener and need to do that today since we're out of the Arctic blast for a bit.
