Today I wanted a few carrots to add to a pan of stew so I thinned a few from the tubs that I have growing on top of our wood store. I can't even begin to describe how sweet they were
I've put the teaspoon to give you an idea of how big the carrot thinnings are. The rest of the carrots in the tubs can now grow on to full size.
