Tony made me smile the today. He'd put on one of his favourite jumpers and said 'I'll have to throw this out, it's stretched in the wash'. It hadn't occurred to him that it was because he's lost weight. I pointed out that it looks so much nicer on him now so he's decided to keep it after all. He's all motivated to lose a stone and it means that I will too as there's nothing in the fridge to tempt us.
Well done Tony. My husband generally complains his clothes have shrunk in the wash!
