For the first time in I dont know how long I slept right through the night waking up at 05.30. I snoozed on and off for another hour before getting up and after washing and dressing I took Tony a cup of coffee. He's in the back bedroom at the moment as his snoring drives me to distraction. Tomorrow I don't have any exams so can stay in bed a little longer. Tony has an exam to invigilate so it'll be nice to have the house to myself for a couple of hours. It means I can get on with some housework without stopping every half hour for a cup of coffee. We both are working until 5.45 today and I'm so pleased that I cooked shepherd's pie last night. There's plenty left for our tea when we get home.
I spoke too soon. I've been asked to invigilate an exam tomorrow after all.
