Fish pie for tea

 Although we're no longer testing positive for covid we're feeling absolutely drained. I'm cooking meals that will do two days to save me cooking every day. Today's offering is fish pie made with white fish, prawns and plenty of mixed veg. I've topped it with lovely cheesy buttery mashed potatoes. 


Not low carb but just the ticket when we're under the weather. We had a bit of a change around in the garden and moved the cold frames from the front to the back again
