We're amazed that we haven't had any storm damage but there's still time. It's blowing a hoolie again and the scary tree has been swaying all over the place. It's definitely the kind of weather for staying indoors. I was staggered to see it was 09.45 when I woke this morning. I'm certainly sleeping really well lately. Tomorrow I'm going to test us both to see if we are still testing positive. Must be honest and say we're happy staying home at the moment as neither of us feels great. Can't say we have been terribly poorly but we're definitely fighting a bug.
If there's ever a good time to be unwell, it's now when the weather is foul. Sleep is good, it obviously helps your body to recuperate. I hope you both feel better soon....thankfully, husband's sneezy cold is almost over, and I seem to have escaped it.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it crazy how one half of a couple can miss picking up a bug.
DeleteSounds like you really need the extra sleep. It does sound like the perfect day to stay inside though
ReplyDeleteI'm wishing I felt strong enough to go for a walk. Hope to be back to normal ASAP.
DeleteHope you are well soon. Very windy here too, but also too warm for comfort & fire danger, though Queensland are expecting a cyclone to hit the coast tonight. Oh.......the vagaries of weather. Take care & hugs.
ReplyDeleteThanks Susan. I wish it was a bit warmer here.
DeleteSorry to hear you both got Covid. It is really spreading around here, too. Hope you feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteThanks Stephenie. Thankfully we weren't too ill and are definitely on the mend
DeleteExtra sleep is a great healer, I think. xx
