Ready for a nice fresh salad now.

 Last night we had some friends over for a meal and thoroughly enjoyed their company. I cooked a broccoli pasta bake followed by apple and blackberries topped with cinnamon sponge and custard. We've eaten carbs to last us all week now so I've just popped out into the garden and cut radish, chard, Florence fennel, beetroot leaves,  kale and  green onions. I  added a few viola and pak choi flowers, some home grown pickled beetroot and some home grown apples from my store. Then  I shredded some shop bought peppers , carrots and celery. We're back to normal now
