It's my final offering for Christmas and all that's left to say is please have a wonderful Christmas however you choose to celebrate. Tony and I are having our first ever Christmas as just the two of us. We've had a wonderful fortnight of feasting with friends. They are definitely the family that we choose for ourselves. Last year Tony spent Christmas day in hospital while I trod on eggshells hardly daring to speak in case Alexander jumped down my throat. This year we are having the most wonderful time and we'll be doing Christmas our way from now on.
We've got friends coming over on Wednesday for a Christmas meal with us and then there's the New years eve ceilidh. After that we both want to take a good hard look at our diet and each wants to lose a stone. But in the meantime let the feasting commence. Have a great one everyone. Xx

ReplyDeleteHave a lovely Christmas and New Year. We too are on own although we have had lots of social and family events in the run up and a few planned afterwards. It's great if you can just do exactly as you want on the day so have a great day.
