It's hard to believe that it's October already. I'm invigilating this week so hope to be able to leave comments on all your lovely blogs. We should have four students taking the exam for the 3rd time but only one has turned up. I only need stay for thirty minutes and if the rest don't turn up I'll be able to go home again. I'll still get paid so it's certainly not a waste of my time. I'm planning on decorating the spare room next week as it's looking a bit tired and shabby. It's the perfect opportunity to get rid of a whole load of crafting junk. I haven't done any junk crafting since I stopped teaching and it's time to let it all go. There's absolutely no point filling my crafting space with things that I won't use.
I've been learning how to play cribbage and although I have a small score board I want to make one a bit like this. I'm planning on carving all around the edge to make it beautiful as well as functional.
Yes, can't believe it's October already....apparently we're going to have good weather again this weekend, poor plants won't know whether they're coming or going. Such a shame that students don't turn up for their exams, all that work they've done gone to waste.

Cribbage is turning out to be great fun but I have a lot to learn. My friend is being very patient with me. I need to sort through my card and paper too.
