We've had a massive sort out of our books and this afternoon dropped over a hundred of them off at Ormesby Hall for the national trust to sell. The volunteer that took them off our hands was absolutely delighted. We've given the bookcase away and it was collected this morning. I'm loving the amount of space it's freed up.
I've come to the conclusion that it's the smallest treats that bring me the most joy. The other night while shopping in sainsbury I spotted this mug and new immediately that I had to have it.
What a great way to hand them on. I know the NT does well from their second hand book shops and I rarely come away without buying something.
