Tony and I do enjoy a fresh picked salad most days and here's yesterday's.
I love how the beetroot has dyed the rice pink. It got me thinking that a sweet rice fruit salad could look stunning on a buffet table. There are so many beautiful edible flowers that salads never need to be boring.
