I've just wire brushed and undercoated the herons from the garden. It's a job I've planned for the past few years and I've finally gotten around to it. The second photo shows the terrible state that they were in before I started. I'll give it two coats of undercoat and then I'll paint them both white. They'll be transformed from herons into storks. Hardly worth buying a tin of grey to paint a few feathers when we have plenty of white left over from the mirrors

They'll look lovely as storks!
ReplyDeleteThey do look much nicer now.
DeleteYour storks will look fabulous with their brand new white plumage. Loved your little house from yesterday too.
ReplyDeleteThanks. I'm really enjoying my little crafting projects lately. X
